BEAT TOGETHER:
1 CUP OIL
2 EGGS
2 CUPS SUGAR

ADD:
2 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
1 TEASPOON SODA
1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
1 TEASPOON CINNAMON
1 TEASPOON SALT
(THIS WILL BE VERY DRY AND CRUMBLY)

FOLD IN:
1/2 CUP PECANS
3 CUPS DICED APPLES
(IF USING CANNED APPLES-DRAIN WELL)

SPREAD IN A 9X13X2 PAN
TOP WITH
6 OUNCES BUTTERSCOTCH CHIPS

BAKE AT 350' FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES
